They had the most reasonable prices and training solutions, so I opted to take the online two-day crystal reports introduction class. The class was taught via WebEx, which worked well. The book provided was well thought out and well written, providing good examples of the concepts being taught and optional challenge examples. Brian worked through the examples and I was able to follow along and perform the examples using my system. Brian is an excellent teacher, knowledgeable, flexible, patient and gracious.
